What this site collects

• Newsletter & Inner Circle sign-ups — your email address (and, if you provide them, phone and city). Used to send updates, presale alerts and drops via our email provider, Resend. You can unsubscribe from any email at any time.
• Contact & booking form — your name, email and message, used only to respond to you (delivered via Resend).
• Membership — when you subscribe, sign-in and payment run through Ebenworks Accounts and the payment provider Paddle (Merchant of Record). This site only ever sees whether you are signed in, your display name and your plan status.
• Your Ebstar profile — a display name and notification preferences you set on your account, stored with your Ebenworks account.
• Analytics & cookies — we use Google Analytics, Plausible and Naver Analytics to understand traffic (pages viewed, device, approximate location). Your theme and language choices are stored in your browser. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising.

Why we process it

• To send the updates you asked for (consent — you can withdraw anytime).
• To respond to your enquiries and booking requests (legitimate interest).
• To operate, secure and improve the site (legitimate interest).
• To provide membership — handled via Ebenworks Accounts and Paddle.
